We love to help you so in addition to our Support page we also made a FAQ one so some of your most important questions can be answered right here, just a click away.

The questions answered here can be about models, payments, our token system, privacy issues, and many more. This is the page you can check out first before heading out to the Support page to fill out the form there. If you feel like you don’t find what you’re looking for here you can always use our Contact Us page to let us know what we should improve or add to make your experience better.

Consider this a guide for you before you enter the fantastic world of Discovercams and all it has to offer!

1. Can I chat with the models and watch their shows for FREE?

Yes! In fact, this is the best part about Discovercams. You can enter any chatroom you want and talk with your favorite model with no time limits. If it sounds fun it’s because it is.

2. What are the premium features I can use as a registered member?

On Discovercams a premium user can initiate a Private Show or an Exclusive Private Show (if you want to be totally alone with the model), they can join a Gold Show (group show for VIP users), start a c2c session (this is where you share your cam with the model), or offer tips to the performer if they like the show or just to say Hi. You can also create a favorite list and buzz their sex toys as hard and long as you want.

3. Can I DM the performer?

Sure. As a premium user, you can totally direct message any model you want and start a conversation there before you join the chatroom.

4.How will my payment show up on my credit card statement?

Any payment you make with us is secure and your details will not be shared with us or with any other third parties. As such when you do a transaction on Discovercams on your credit card statement you will see the name of the payment processing company you chose (e.g. Segpay) and not the name of our site.

5. Can the models see where I am from?

No. You have complete privacy in all matters. The models cannot see your location, and they do not have access to your credit card info or any other kind of info unless you choose to share it with them.

6. Will I get emails from Discovercams?

No. If you do want to receive news from us you have to check the options in your Account under Settings. Otherwise, we won’t bother you.

7. Do I need credits to buy tokens?

Yes! If you want more info on the credit and tokens system please visit our Tokens page. Still, we can tell you that yes you need to charge your account with credits that you buy using your local currency and then you can exchange those credits for tokens that you can use to tip the models or buzz their toys.
